July 13, 201312 yr They take around 5-10 minutes, and using a crystal saw doubles the xp from cutting the planks, though not the send-off xp. If you have one as a daily challenge, do it, it's pretty easy. Otherwise, I would prefer ivy for the afkness, but it's up to you. As the size of an explosion increases, the number of social situations it is incapabale of solving approaches zero. Ensure you are not a social situation.
July 13, 201312 yr Author one log makes 2 planks, correct? does anyone use mahogany logs to make planks as a money maker?
July 13, 201312 yr I heard that sawmill jobs is 90k xp/hour, so yeah, a lot better than ivy. Not as good as arctic pines or c2s, though.
July 14, 201312 yr you use logs that are actually there to make the planks so you dont need to bring you own but i am sure by now you have figured that out. ~~~legoman187~~~ Clicky siggy for blogThanks Pendonub for fancy new sigThieving guide[WIP]Loyal player since May 2005 and member since November 2005 and Tifer for many years~~~legoman187~~~
July 14, 201312 yr As others said, do the Challenge, with a crystal saw, especially if you want spins. Then move to another training method you find efficient/enjoyable. My guess is Jagex uses the Challenges for minor server management; i.e. get players to train methods they wouldn't do otherwise, and spread things around.
