Thinking About Getting P2p Again...

I apologize for another post like this but I've been seriously debating getting f2p on my old account again. Some things that have made me want to stay in f2p is that I am verrryyy behind on p2p. Back when I did play p2p I hungout with skillers because at that time I knew nothing about combat. I've always wanted to do pvm but I haven't done anything!

In f2p I'm a very efficient player, that's what i tend to focus on when playing. It's fun to me. I know I could do well in p2p if I knew what I was doing.

Looking at the skills for p2p, I notice that I would have to get quite a bit of money to level them up. I have never been one that comes across a good amount of money for some reason so that's another turn off for p2p for me.

Here's some pics of the account I would get p2p on:

For example, when looking at my stats, I can't help but think how much Prayer/Herb/etc. will cost to level up.

I was thinking doing quests would be a good start because I've never done some of the "basic" p2p quests but I don't even know where to start with that.

Some items that may help with leveling (idk just giving more info so i could potentially get more help)

"Hati Paws"

Ardoungne Cloak 1

Dragon Defenders

Omni Tiara

Explorer's ring 3

Cooking Gauntlets

Ava's Accumulator

(A sub-pare farming tab, I liked doing Farming that's how i made some money back in the day)

That's it for items that could help me...

So i guess my question is: what should my course of action be if/when I get p2p? I really want to give it another shot, I feel like i'll eventually understand everything.

I'm sorry for advice on this if anyone gets annoyed or something. I just don't know where else to go with this. :P I tried to give as much info as I possibly could but if you take something away from this it's that I know barely anything about p2p but i'm willing to learn. :D Thank you in advance to the person(s) that take these questions on. <3

All I'm going to say is absolutely get p2p. It's very cheap at about 7 usd/month. Everything is better in p2p.

As for everything else, I can't give advice on the gp aspect because I have not been in your situation in about 8 years. I could maybe give a few tips but there are people here much more knowledgeable then I about that.

I'd just recommend doing tons of quests. They are great for learning the game, giving relatively easy goals for stats, and some xp in low skills.

But yes, get p2p.

I am not a skiller, but i do some skills.

Quest and farming. Do a lot of questing and farming. And task. As for where you start questing, it does matter. Either do them in order of release, do quest series, or go down the list. Since you want to do PVM getting nearly a quest cape will open up a lot of bosses and popular hunting grounds for killing monsters. It is fortunate for you that with you combat stats you can do some low level monster hunting. Some quest you want to make sure to finish is Throne of Miscellania (and Royal Trouble) and the Myreque series as you can so you can do Managing Miscellania and do Barrows. While you are doing these, continue to complete as many task as you can, and if you particular interested in Barrows, then do a lot of Temple Trekking for easier transportation until you finish The Branches of Darkmeyer. For farming, you'd want to do plenty of herb farming. Also pay attention to GE prices. You can do some little/no xp method for money.

Some suggestions for money making/saving money:

1) Sell raw fish or fish swordfish/lobsters and buy/make strength/range/magic potions then go to F2P Edgeville on the Wilderness world and sell to lazy fighter for much more than it was in the GE.

2) Buy Muddy Keys and with a gem bag go to the Lava Maze to the Muddy Chest. With as many keys as you feel comfortable taking, raid the rubies, runes, and mithril bars.

3) Do ALL your Daily Profits. Here is a link to the Daily Profits you can unlock from quest/task.

4) Get 38 thieving and do the Ardougne Med Task. Gather a ton of cowhides and a fraction of as many unicorn horn. Go the the Tower of Life and make/kill unicows so you can collect the unicorn horns. Same can be done with Spidine (the eggs) and Newtroost (the eyes) using different inputs.

5) Make some friends and do group GWD or KBD; try Barrows/Giant Mole. Make sure you work on maxing Temple Tekking if doing Barrows.

6) Sell Warband supplies.

7) Every month do Troll Invasion and God Statues; every week do Penguins and Tears of Guthix; everyday do Sinkholes and when you get the points, buy and do Jack of Trades. Put you Troll, pengs, and JoT exp into either Prayer, Herblore, or Summoning for better PVMing.

8) Buy a small or large bulk of dragonhides. Tan them then resell on the GE. Or kill dragons and sell their hides/bones.

9) Make any type of elemental orb and sell them on the GE or hunt and sell Polar Kebbit fur.

These are all for just right now but some of these you will do long after you leave these other method behind. I find people usually do Miscellania, daily profits, and herb farming but always have 1 method they can return to when they are cash hungry. For most it is killing queen black dragon. Some lower levels always go kill dragons. One friend of mine makes air orbs. I always kill frost dragons (when I was F2P I made steel bars).

Lastly, try out as much as the P2P content as you can and get 90 fishing (91 for task master with boost) and start player owned ports ASAP.

Hope this helps.
