Turn off rich text editing when you go to copy and paste what I have above, or it will try to copy the formatting and mess it up. Click the box in the upper left hand corner (looks like this ) it will say "toggle editing mode" when you hover over it. E: If you don't want to turn off the rich text editor, instead just right click and select Paste as Plain Text in the signature field.
