Quest Leveling VS. Manual Leveling for a PURE

*This mostly applys for low level pkers, once your higher the difference is minimal*

Ok so heres the thing.  When you get attack/strength xp from a quest, it raises those stats, plus your combat, but NOT your hp.

Obviously this is good and bad in its own way.  Good because your combat level doesnt go up as much due to the neglected HP points.  Bad because your combat level still does rise, but your HP is very low for your level.

Perfect example scenario is, I had 14 attack and 11 strength with about 12 HP going into Waterfall quest.  When I finished I was 31 and 30 attack and strength, with the same Hp (12) but also 9 or so combat levels higher.  So my combat and stats and everything were higher, giving me the appearance of a stronger character (which in some areas was) but the problem was I could still get 3 hit by a low NPC due to the smaller HP

SO MY QUESTION.

Would you do certain HP only rewarding quests to balance it out? Or would you just not worry about it?

Same question for magic, when using attacking spells it levels HP, but when using alchemy is still raises combat but not HP.

I guess the main question this thread is asking IS, how do you level your HP out with the rest of your stats when considering variables like quest experience making it uneven?  Especially for an account like a pure where every level is crucial.

suppose one could use lamps/pc as well, or just keep levelling the crucial combat skills when you run out of quests that you can do (or in case of magic, rather than high alch, do a bit of barraging - might be difficult if you are lvl 1 prayer pure though). It's what i do on my other acct.

Pretty sure you ignore it unless you intend to PK at a really low level (when Iban pures can one-shot you etc.). If you're going to get, say, 70 ranged, you'll get about 60 hp anyway.

I would say ignore it for the time being, but when range/mage training comes opt for methods that will also give you HP experience.
