SirTommy2005
I know that if all world are full and I don't want to bother crashing/looking for a world I can pay 250k a hour for my own instance. My only question is whether or not the instance is kept when you log out or switch worlds.
Major Dash
I'm almost positive that it isn't. “I had a feeling we weren’t coming back from this fight when it began.”“Do you have any regrets?”“I don’t. It seems surprising, I know, but I wouldn’t change a thing. This is how it was meant to be.”“Huh, you never really notice how lovely the day is until you realize you’ll never see it again.”“Mmmhmm.”

Quyneax
Hopping is mostly for the increased spawn rate, and afaik you can set the spawn rate in instances to be higher than the normal (server population-based) rate. So there's less reason to hop from an instance (but you can DC obviously). Saradomin_Mage
GWD instances don't allow you to set spawn rates. In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.
tgf
Plus, instances don't spawn based on the world pop, so its always better to crash w2
