JeRambo
If you're rich. Unicorns are over 30 gp / xp with Kyatt method. I still pick them up, but I haven't used them yet. Not sure how fruit bats are.Actually, detailed spreadsheet here. "Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come." "An imperfect man can do great deeds, and a great man imperfect ones. Hedgehog
They're significantly less productive than pack yaks/steel titans, so the only reason you would use them is if you didn't have enough crimson charms to reach 200m. Between slayer and glacors, you'll have plenty of charms.
JeRambo
Hedge, do you know how "efficient" it is converting golds/greens to higher charms? "Night gathers, and now my watch begins. JeRambo
Same. I had forgot about it as well, but Yuj reminded me. "Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. Autist
Transforming charms is not worth it even if your income is 10m/h.
Hedgehog
Sounds like it'd be productively efficient, but not allocatively. I guess you should collect them when you have enough inventory space in case you run out of crimson charms. Worst case scenario, you have a nice collection of green charms. Saradomin_Mage
It's probably worth it to transmute greens to crimsons once they fix the fix to allow you to transmute to 15000 crimsons per hour. In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.
Hedgehog
Well, if you can get enough charms losslessly, then it isn't worth it to transmute the charms under any circumstances
Saradomin_Mage
Oh true. I guess transmutation only comes into play if you reach 200M Slayer and combats before Summoning? In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.
Hedgehog
Hypothetically, it could be worth it to do low-charm tasks for 200m slayer and finish combats at a low-charm location (e.g. fight kiln) and transmute your lower level charms into crimsons. Quasar
I found I was getting close to 400 greens/hour at the Abyss once I started picking them up, so I'll only end up with around 30,000 greens by the time I get to 120 mage there. Which would only be 10m xp if I converted them into crimsons. best drops (reasonably accurate/up to date): 1x Elysian Sigil (LS), 1x Arcane Sigil (cs), 4x Armadyl Hilt (solo at 100m, 100m, 50m, and 5m), 2x Saradomin Hilt (solo at 25m), 5x Draconic Visage (34m,1.2m,1.2m) and various cs/ls/ffa Nex splits.
