remoteman Posted February 20, 2006 Share Posted February 20, 2006 righto, dad we've had this modem for a while, and dad jusst found out that there was a program for blocking URL that came with it. i don't think its loaded onto the machine, as to get into it you have 2 type our IP adress into the adress bar, then enter admin as the user and some password. knowing dad he forgot the pass so now i am blocked from runescape for eternity. he planned on blocking it for weekdays only. i've done the things that get around blocking software at my school - online proxies, using the laptop, using a secure internet connection, ww instead of www but i still can't get through it. i don't particulalry want to down load a key logger but if ther is a secure one.. help is appreciated and i can give you futher information of needed "A disbelief in magic can force some poor souls into believing in authority and business" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As we have no way to confirm the validity of your father forgeting the password , we also have no way to prove you aren't just trying to bypass the block he has set in place .
