Hey guys, I'm in the process of recovering my account, I got all the way to the password reset form...

I then end up getting this message:   Error_game_crash - A problem has occured whilst running the specifications applet.

The applet has encountered a problem and cannot continue running.

We strive for our software to work on as many computers as possible and be free of bugs.

If you are able to reproduce this problem (i.e. it always occurs when you do a certain thing), then please submit a bug report via our website, and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

If problems persist then please refer to our technical FAQ which can be found in the FAQ section of our website.

I cant find the answer, and it's begining to bug me so figured i'd ask around on this forum see if anyone can find me the answer.

Thanks for your help, or atleast the consideration of ur help haha.

That's happened to me before, when i enter or leave the clan citadel..I just reload the webpage and log back in and it works again..not sure if it'll work for that as well.

More old-school than you know...

So from what you are saying it sounds like the Java applet crashes?  It could be for any number of reasons really :S.  One option is to disable JavaScript on the page to force it to give you a page without it, in theory...

A more reliable idea would be just to email them instead (at [email protected]) with all the account information you have.  Once you have sent your email, it doesn't hurt to tweet them a couple times as well to remind them to go have a look, but for legitimate account support requests I've heard that they are fairly quick.

I tried emailing that email and it tells me it's an invalid email, and recipient can't be found.... Idk. But I'll try the turning java script off

Really O.O?  I find that surprising, wonder if they have a new email for support...

I have no idea, it just gave me error message to my spam that it's not a recipient, this java crap making me so mad haha. I can't figure out what to do, I've downgraded my java I've tried to email. I've upgraded java back, I've installed what they say I need yet none of it still works

^java is something else than javascript.

Well any suggestions then?
