November 24, 201411 yr Dual Wield is always better, you get access to way more damaging abilities. November 25, 201411 yr And if you can get Goliath gloves, that's true barehanded combat as strong as Saradomin Sword.
November 25, 201411 yr I'd suggest Sara Sword over Goliaths. Goliaths require substantial effort and only lasts what, 4-5 hours? Don't get me wrong, Goliaths are good, but could get annoying to constantly get new pairs. I guess you could always camp it out at one time and get a large stack of them at once. Get to 80 Attack with Sara Sword, then hash it out at DG to get those Rapiers/Longswords. Also, I think ZGS/BGS are like around 1M (the hilts are below 400K, and the shards are about 450KIsh for 3). So you could also get those.
November 26, 201411 yr I would usually have disagreed, but yesterday I went to Dominion Tower and found out that they increased the requirement for DT gloves to 25 fights, up from 5. When it was 5 fights, getting replacement gloves was fairly quick and you could usually stock up on several of them at the rewards trader so that you would just come back to the tower, pick up a new pair and then leave. But 25 fights... And anyway, I just looked on the wiki and they only gave them the accuracy of a Lv. 60 weapon (& no access to abilities in EoC)
