Sometimes when I'm pickpocketing the knight near the Ardougne castle there is a demon, or whatever it's supposed to be who says something like "So you killed that demon in that certain quest? Not impressed I kill a lot of demons." I'm of course paraphrasing that's not exactly what he says, but I hope you get my point.

 

Is anything I can do to cause him to appear there? He is near the castle sometimes and sometimes not.

I am not sure but if you could get the exact name of the NPC the next time they appear it would be easier to check :).

Most definitely the Raptor. He's one of the signature hero's that appears randomly in certain locations. He's a very stuck up character, none of the player's achievements are good enough for him.

So you're trying to tell me I can't cause him to appear next to the castle and I have to wait for him to come by himself?
