Seeing how all these skills are stopping at 200m total xp i got to thinking. is 200m the max xp jagex is allowing per skill or are the people just all stopping there as a bench mark?

Yeah, right now there's a cap at 200mil xp. The guy who got it has a long rant about it on the official forums.

Eve340, Xxx Neo Xxx7, and Galliard01 each have 200 million exp in a single skill.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That's equal to about level 126 for that skill.

that sticks so it locks number 1 in for the first person to reach it because im assuming that you rank will follow the order of whoever gets 200m xp after the first.

theres a max of xp you can have now? wow thats so pathetic, i really was hoping there would be a day the would remove caps but seeing that im not sure this game is going to get to far....

yeah and why did they have to stop at level 99 why couldn't they go to 100..?? why can't they make it higher so in smithing people can make full d or somthing.

Yeah they said the woudnt let anyone get all 99s, that they would just keep adding skills but that didnt work cause they make skills to easy. Does anyone know if jagex ever said anything about taking off the caps or if theres a rant about this on the rs fourms? im curious about all this would make the game alot better :?

yea the way i see it maybe later in the runescape life they can raise combat and skill caps to even higher so they can release even stronger mosnters in the game. im not talking like a drastic change but maybe raise to 110 in skills . the only problem i see with that would be the damage done and pking would be thrown out of whack
