everyone complains about how long it takes to get a pouch....well maybe if you knew that you dont ahve to kill those things for a small it wouldn't take so long lol. if you talk to the man in the middle of the abyss he gives you a new small pouch roflmfao.

Do not use a ring of wealth period. Believe me, its a whole lot better to use a worrier or a berserker. I posted on this in the topic about slayer drops decreasing.

ok this is my theory on the ROW lets say it has a 10% better drop rate

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

when i think about it pouches are considerd worthless when in the drop rate so if the ROW increses for better drops (for more rarer items) wouldnt it make sense that to get bad drops like the pouches you dont wear a ring of wealth?

 

 

 

I also have this theroy when killing choas druid for herbs even tho everyone says that the ROW gives you more higher leveled herbs.

the ring of wealth has to do with lotterys.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The ring of wealth makes you get into the gem lottery more often, which in turn... makes your other drops become less.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notice, when you have a ring of wealth on, you get an enormous amount of COIN drops, its because the ring of wealth puts you in the coin lottery a lot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The coin lottery consists of these items = Coins -> Saphires -> Emeralds -> Ruby-> Diamonds -> Half Key - > Dragon Shield.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These are the only items the ROW helps get. Because you get these items MORE often, your other normal items (dragon meds, mith shields) are picked significantly less.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For those of you who are weary of this... go to the fire giants, shadow warriors... and kill 1000 with and 1000 without... recording all drops. Note the outcome.

The ring of wealth WILL help you get the rare drops more, including dragon items, half keys, gems and coins. It wil nto increase your chances of anything else, from what I have seem.

so what you're saying pretty much is that you calculated probabilities and analyzed your data with 30 mins worth of kills roughly...way to do some advanced scientific research. next time, try analyzing results based on a larger pool before you post nonsense.

why were you even fighting them when you needed a small pouch instead of getting a free replacement from the dark mage first?

 

 

 

because the dark mage can only repair the pouches and doesnt give any replacements if u lose them can u?
