fryguy19902005
i think they should make new staffs like nature laws cosmics an in order to get them u have to kill a monster....... like they have all the usual staffs like fire water an so on...... but there should be a place u have to go an it will have like magic dragon levels 15-500 an th higher the lvl the better the chace u get a good staff an put it in multi attck area so its really hard to get...... this way it is easier for all us mages an if u set them at like 500mil a piece good for all the merchants
rattlesnake
There's a reason these aren't and never will be in Runescape: it would be too easy. That is, too easy to get mage levels up and too easy to make massive amounts of money with the nature and cosmic staff, ie: high alching and enchanting absolutely massive amounts of jewellery (sp?). I'm going to assume that, here:set them at like 500mil a piece ...you weren't talking about shop prices as you said these 'new staffs' would be dropped by monsters. So you must mean setting a 'street price' of 500mil, yes? If so, it can't be done. Street prices change drastically according to the market (take rares as an example) and it simply would not work to basically say to everyone 'sell item at whatever gp.' I can almost guarantee you that these types of staffs will never appear.
fryguy19902005
it wouldnt be to horibly easy to train mage cuz first off u have to have tons o money to buy staff r high lvl to kill the drags so i think it is still good idea
The_Virus
it wont happen. and if it did...the rich would only get richer
Nevrane
These staves would be simply too powerful, making it much to easy to obtain a once hard 99 magic and the profits would also ruin the market. Sorry, but it won't happen :( The only other staves I could see would be: Mist Staff Steam Staff Dust Staff etc. Proud Owner of a Fire Cape

sheepdean
make staves for all combo runes, and perhaps an uber hard quest gives a stave with 100 nats, which must be rechrged for aprice after every 100? or laws, or souls etc Back by popular demand! And I guess I just wanted to tell you, as the light starts to fade, that you aree the reason, that I am not afraid, and I guess I just wanted to mention, as the heavens will fall, that we will be together soon if we will be anything at all. king_duffman
nat staffs and stuff like that shoundnt be added cuz else mage'll become a noob skill but combo staves are ok earth + fire = lava staff earth + water = mud staff earth + air = sandstorm staff fire + air = turbulence staff fire + water = vapor staff air + water = rain staff some of those would be nice (especially fire + air)
Lets_3ekout
nat staffs and stuff like that shoundnt be added cuz else mage'll become a noob skill descibe your definition of "noob" please. but combo staves are ok check the actuall combo runes, there not going to make diffrent names for the same things earth + fire = lava staff earth + water = mud staff earth + air = sandstorm staff you mean dust not sandstorm fire + air = turbulence staff you mean smoke... adding a word like turbulence would totally destroy runescape's theme about magic and times before guns (excludeing the cannon which to me seems unfitting to put in too) fire + water = vapor staff you mean steam air + water = rain staff you mean mist not rain those are the official names of the runes some of those would be nice (especially fire + air) way way too overpowered. a fire wave would simply be a blood rune! bad idea.
