people draw them in MS Paint, and do it 1 pixel at a time (or more depending on how big the object is) They are very time consuming but turn out awsome :D

Well it's not really one pixel at a time. It's just that you can see the difference of colors between pixels. I make some.

ur absolutely right! its nto 1 pixel at a time!....its 2! :P wella t least in jeppoz's case...his sigs are so freaking detailed
