Looks like either a brush set / apophysis to me. (either way, it's a fractual, and you can't do those in photoshop so == brush set)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's alright, but text is horrible (bevel ftl) and it just doesn't go that well. It just stops abruptly.

I just put white text on and thought what looked best with it. there is no bevel... :roll:
