Know anything about mature ales?

I cannot find any information about mature ales anywhere. I have searched tip.it, the runescape database, and other fansites but they only touch the surface. So far all i know is that to make them, just start a batch of normal ale and randomly it will mature into a mature ale that is more potent and powerful than the regular ale. Theres no specific way to do it, it just happens randomly.

Does anyone have the information on certain mature ales and possibly have one i could maybe buy?

slayer's respite (m)

chef's delight (m)

cider (m)

axeman's folly(m)

If you know the bonus's and side effects it will be of great help.

I can make a very educated guess and i'd probably be right but if u know for a fact tell me. I'm not really looking for other people's best guess. Excuse me if i'm being rude or blunt but i'm looking for information not good guesses.

Thank You

just let the ales sit for atleast 3 hours longer and they'll become mature

Wrong, very wrong. Once an ale has finished brewing it will stay as it is. Leaving it in there for any length of time will not change it. A mature ale is completely random, though cooking level is said to have an effect...

Mature ales are obtained when brewing. The chances of producing a mature ale when brewing is completely random, it does not depend on the amount of time the beer is left for fermenting. You can only brew mature ales by brewing the normal states. For example, to obtain a mature dragon bitter, you will have to obtain the ingredients and brew dragon bitter. If you are lucky, you may obtain mature dragon bitter when it has fully fermented.

I've made mature ale three times now... made a lot of greenman's ale before getting it mature though.

I have

Slayer's Respite(m)

Mature Cider

Greenman's Ale(m)

I'm fairly certain they would just raise the skill by 2 instead of by 1, I've only actually used the mature cider and it raised my farming by 2. My members expired so I can't go trading them right now, I'm not sure when or even if I'm going to pay again.

Note: it's called 'mature cider' and not 'cider(m)'

Sorry, I was half done writing that last post and realized I couldn't actually trade my mature ales when on a free server but posted anyway... I'm tempted to renew my members again soon, maybe even tomorrow, so I'll let you know if that ends up happening.
