March 25, 200620 yr Yes it's true that it was there at one point or another but because of the current update we should go off what is the most current statement about what they say so from the Knowledge Base we can see that there are No official fan sites. Therefore we won't be seeing an official link from Runescape.com anytime soon or ever probably (Too much of a liability what if someone attacks Tip.it and everyone goes to Tip.it for help, then many people would hold Jagex accountable for what happened even if they put some disclaimer as most sites do for external links).
March 25, 200620 yr http://kbase.runescape.com/lang/en/aff/runescape/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2423 As stated they will not have any official websites or links on runescape.com because there are too many rs fansites out there. My personal opinion is that they should have the top 3 best fansites linked on Runescape and make them official. :)
