I like it alot. It's very simplistic. I'd give it a good 8/10 as well.

To be hones, I didnt like it.

 

Reasons: No life, I mean, theres no life in the sig. Looks like a bunch of blured brushed together. I like simple things, but with life, back and white sigs need some personality. The quality isnt good, and you could have worked more in the text. And add a border.

And please do not take me by being harsh or mean to you. Just pure honest C/C is waht I give when asked.

im not sure how long it took you on gimp but i could do a photoshop sig like that in about... 3 -10 mins... its simple i like your background layer cloud/noise look

i wasent taking that wrong K0m0d0 i enjoy a good crit it lets me improve, anwayz thanks nazgul it takes a bit of time on gimp but not thta long..ima progress to renders soon...

when you start doing renders i will tip one of my big characters hats to you... they are extremely hard for me... getting the layer selections all set up is just terrible... gah i don't even wanna talk about it :cry:

You might wanna work on it more, I suggest using pure photoshop and imageready if you really wanna go into abstract.
