hungryblader
Chapter one Christian looked at the board. It was a wooden bulletin board, hung in the Blue Moon Inn. It hd the words "Clan Recrutment" on it. Below that was a piece of paper, with several different clan leaders posting all kinds of information. One caught his eye. Follow Saradomin was the title of the posting. He looked down. There was a short comment. It simply read, "If you are a follower of Saradomin, and a strong warrior, then join the Fire Of Sardomin clan. We are a PKing clan, but of a special type. We kill ONLY players who are skulled, or are wearing or using Anti-Saradominist symbols, equipment, or worship. We also work peacfully to promote Saradominism, and help others in a way that would please him. Requirements: You must have: A cape of fire (Which you earned yourself) A full set of weapons and equipment, we WILL NOT SUPPLY A holy symbol A powerful faith in Saradomin You must not have: An unholy symbol Zamorak or Guthix Armor A strong Faith in Zamorak, Guthix, or any other god before Saradomin Other requirements: lvl 99 prayer (prayer denotes devoutness) a complete prayer book Rules and uniform: You must ALWAYS wear your holy symbol You must always wear either your cape of fire or the clan cape NEVER wear any Zamorakian or Guthixian symbols, armor, or the like Never attack somebody who hasn't been attacking others himself. ANYONE CAUGHT BREAKING THE RULES WILL BE EXCOMMUNICATED!!!!!" Christian looked down at his steel armor. He was but a simple level 37, and the most powerful enemy he had ever killed was a black knight. But he was a strong follower of Sardomin, and wanted to join. He knew it would be hard, but he was commited. He WOULD get his cape of fire, and he WOULD get 99 prayer. Chapter two So there Christian was, a month after first seeing the clan advertisement on the wall. He had gone to increase his skill in fighting and in prayer. He had finally fought and vanquished a pickaxe-weilding chaos dwarf. He had to fight very many creatures for experience. He buried all the bones, and now he had enough prayer to enter the monostary. He had bought a holy symbol. He had gotten it blessed. He was moving ever closer to being eligible to join the powerful clan Fire of Saradomin. He had sold his steel armor for some mithril, and was soon to be able to wear adamant. He decided to go PK, for a greater challenge and some spoils of battle. He remembered the clan rule that said, "No PKing somebody who has not already PK'd somebody else." He knew that there was some weird way to know. A killer had a certain way about him, you could see it in their eyes. Many people imagined a skull symbod above their head. It was simply a way to tell. It was then that he saw her. She was running with all her might, from a man in dark, black armor. The man had a green sword, much like his own adamant scimitar. He looked into the girl's eyes. Innocence. She was scared for her life. He could see the evil look on the man's face, even through his helmet. He gave chase. He caught up to the man, and thrust his scimitar into his back. The man turned around, and Christian saw an unholy symbol around his neck. The killer slashed his sword with all his might at Christian. Christian lifted up his sheild, which nearly broke under the force of the blade. The killer drew back his sword for another attempt. Christian had his chance. He thrust his scimitar forward with all his strenght, directly for the small spot between the killer's helmet and breastplate. The killer jumped back, only hurt slightly. He attempted to stab Christian, and the sword peirced through his armor, causing Christian to slow down, and hold his wound for a brief second. THe man came at him again, slashing with everything he had. Christian raised his sheild, and the force of the sword pushing on his sheild threw him onto his back. The killer tackled him, the point of his sword in front. Christian braced himself. THe sword peirced the flesh on his arm, and it left a bleeding wound. Chrisian summoned all his strength, and uttered a short prayer to help him. He thrust the mann off of him. The man rolled over, and Christian dove on top of him, swinging his scimitar directly through the man's armor, stabbing the heart. The killer rolled over, coughed, and his body went limp. He dropped his sword and sheild. Christian picked them up, along with the unholy symbol and some food. He ate the food, to make himself fell better. He then started a fire, and dropped the symbol into it. He could have sold it, but, regardless of his profit, that could be considered an act of Zamorakianism. He left his fire to burn itself out and continued along his journey. The young girl was nowhere to be found. He buried the bones in an old cemetery, and headed south, to buy some more food, so he could continue his adventures. Chapter three Christian looked off he bow of the ship. He saw the island coming up before him. He knew why he was going there. He was on a mission to slay the dragon and be rewarded with the privelidge of full rune. As the ship came ashore, he stopped for a second. Was he really ready. Yes, he was. He hiked to the top of the mountain, and down into the dungeon. He fought the many creatures guarding the Dragon's lair, and opened the door to the dragon. He stopped, clutching his holy symbol in his hand. He prayed quickly, and charged the dragon. The dragon looked up, and saw Christian running at him. Startled, it roared. The roar was frightening, but Christian was undeterred. He continued running, despite his fear. He jumped toward the dragon, imbedding his sword deep into it's flesh. The dragon screamed and roared in it's low, loud voice. Christian pulled the sword out, and swung again. But he didn't have time. THe dragon roared fire from it's mouth. Christian quickly held up his sheild, and it creaked and strained against the flame. But it prevailed. Christian charged the dragon once more. He slashed his sword deep into it's stomach, creating a long gash. The dragon reared up and brought it's claws down into Christian's back. The claws made bright sparks against his adamant platebody. The force of the dragon's foot threw him hard against the wall. He rolled back onto his feet, his sword held high. The dragon lunged at him once more. He held out his sheild, and it took the blow, bending against the dragon's weight. The hit disoriented him for a minute, but he fought back. He uttered a short prayer to Saradomin, and dove at the beast, stabbing his sword deep into the beast's neck. The dragon collapsed in the ground, growling. There it died. Christian was teleported away from the island, back home, where he went to finally buy his rune. He was one step closer to joining the Fire of Saradomin clan. Chapter four Christian looked up from the rock. He had been feverishly running and climbing all day, to get himself in better condition. He wanted to be faster, more agile, so he knew he had to exercise. He was drinking from a glass of water when he saw her. She was running down the path, jumping over everything in her way. He closed his eyes. He had seen her before, but had never talked to her. He thought back to his first encounter. She was a young warrior, training in the wilderness. Christian saw her just in time to find a vicious killer attacking her. He attacked the killer, and had won. But she was nowhere to be found. She had run away during the fight. He finally realized how beautiful she was. Gorgeous blonde hair, deep brown eyes, and a body that would look great in a pair of platelegs. He realized that this might be his chance to meet her. He walked over to the end of the path she was running. He sat down, pretending to mind his own business. She finally came to the end of the path and lay down on the ground, breathing hard. He knew he had a tendency to embarrass himself with girls, but he didn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t care. She finally caught her breath. ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅHi,̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâà "Dost hath not giveth thy name 'noob' to thy brethren... ...Or thou art must considereth thyself a noob as well." hungryblader
Saga of the Saradominist-chapter 7 Christain woke up to the sound of knocking on his door. He quickly put on his clothes and answered it. He was surprised to see Sir Andrew's squire. "Is something wrong?" "Yes, I have grave news." "ok, what is it?" The squire began a terrible story. "I was in the Varrok palace, talking to Sir Pyrson, when it happened. I heard a scream, and it was coming from the royal throne room. I ran inside, and I found King Roald, lying on the ground, half-dead, a poisoned dagger in his chest. I ran to find the castle guards, but they were already fighting somebody. I didn't know who. I ran back to the king, who had lost consciousness. I felt for his pulse. There was none. He was dead. But that isn't the worst part." Christian paused. "So, what is the worst part?" The day after, as I ran to find Sir Andrew, I saw a young boy holding a copy of the Varrok Herald. I got off of my horse and took it. It read: 'King Roald assasinated. No new heir to the throne. Mislathin thrown into anarchy. However, there may be a new leader stepping up.' I read about the ceremony, and everything, but I was terrifed to read the name of the new leader." Christain asked again, troubled by the Squire's story. "Why? Who is the new leader?" The squire gulped. "The new king is," he grimaced, "William the terrible." Christian gasped. William the Terrible?! But, William was the leader of the Defenders of Zamorak clan. Zamorak's most violent followers had taken over Mislathin? Christian eyed the squire closely. "So, what do the people think of this?" The squire answered, "They think he is a 'capable leader." "He's going to 'lead' them to war." "Yes, exactly. I came here to tell you that William and his new allies have declared wear on Asgarnia! He wants more power!" "So, Fire of Saradomin is going to help, right?" "Exactly. You are to reprot to Sir Andrew at the White Knight's castle at once. I have already brought out your horse." Christain walked to the door. "Well, let's go!" Christian took some food, and his armor and clothes, and put them in his backpack. He ran outside and mounted his horse. As the two people galloped toward Falador, Christain stopped. "Can we bring Megan along? Her home is just off the path." "Yes, I was going to find her after you got to the Castle." They continued on. As they rode into Falador, Christian ordered the squire to go get Megan, from her home in the upper floor in one of the beautiful white buildings. The squire obeyed, and Christian continued to the castle, eager to fight for Asgarnia, and to help put Mislathin back in good hands. ----to be continued "Dost hath not giveth thy name 'noob' to thy brethren... ...Or thou art must considereth thyself a noob as well." hungryblader
Christian walked over to the table. On it was a large map, almost like a gameboard, with small metal figures, some silver-colored, some gold, on it. Sir Andrew, along with the rest of the clan, the highest ranking White Knights, and a couple high Paladins sat arranged around it, studying the map, and rearranging the figures. Christian sat down. "Sir Andrew, I report to you as ordered." "Good. As my squire has told you, I invited you to help fight this war. This map in front of us is of the entire continent we call RuneScape." He bagan pointing at figures. "Those pawns represent Paladin forces, those, the White Knights, and the other ones represent our clan." "All those others represent William's army and allies." Christian studied it more closely. "I have the entire clan here right now, but we will soon split up. You, Christian, are to work with the Paladins. Any other nations have already told us they will stay neutral." "You expect me to lead them?" Christian answered questioningly. "I just joined a month ago!" "You are new to the clan, but obviously you're very experienced in battle. I trust you will be a great leader." Christain nodded. "I will do my best." "Good. Here is our plan. William has already attacked. We are ammassing a huge counterattack. Our allies include the White Knights, Paladins, and Falador Guards. William has Mislathin's forces, Morytania, and Brimhaven. You, with the Paladins, will take a ship to the south and take Karjama Isle. The Guards will stay here and defend Asgarnian soil. The White Knights will take Morytania. After we have all those, we will push ahead and take all of Mislathin. Fire of Sardomin is going to stay with the Guards, to help defend this very land here. Except you. You are the only one going. I trust you. Good luck." Just then, there was a knock on the door. A servant answered, and Megan walked inside. The squire had explained the whole situation to her, and it was decided that she would help Christian. After a day of careful planning, they all went to bed. Their missions started tomorrow. "Dost hath not giveth thy name 'noob' to thy brethren... ...Or thou art must considereth thyself a noob as well."
hungryblader
Christian crossed the gangplank onto the ship, holding Megan's hand. He gave the order to begin their jouney to Karjama, to take it from William the Terrible's clutches. He decided to climb up the ladder to the crow's nest, just to see his surroundings. From the top of the mast, he could see quite an impressive fleet. In front and behind him were smaller ships, their cannons poised and loaded for battle. He climbed back down, and Megan greeted him at the bottom. "Nervous?" she asked. "Yeah, of course." "Me too." she answered. Christian looked into her eyes. He remembered all the times he had fought by her side. She had always been there. He decided that after the war, he was going to propose. If there was an after. His thoughts were interuppted by a squire. "The navigator says we'll be there in an hour. He suggests you ready the troops." "Thank you." Christian answered quickly. He descended down into the ship, where the White Knights were sleeping. He rang a bell, and they all awoke. They already knew their orders. They quickly put on their armor, unsheathed their swords, and prepared for battle. After an hour of terrible apprehension, Christian decided to start the attaack. He ran onto the deck, and brought with him, a lantern. He waved it back and forth in a specific pattern. The other ships saw the signal. It meant two things: they were to turn to the side, so that their cannons aimed at the Island, and the were also to extinguish all outside lights. Everybody obeyed. He also had his lights extinguished. As soon as they were all out, the two warships began firing their massive cannons toward the shore. All the Knights heard the BOOM sound of the massive artillery. That was their cue. They all ran onto the deck, to see that the enemy had retuned their fire, and the cannonballs were splashing all around them. They began to lower small rowboats into the water. Christian and MEgan climbed into the first one, and the Knights filed into rest. The two warships continued firing. The Knights began to row toward the shore, their boats rocking in the waves. As they neared the land, the powerful breakers caught the boats. Suddenly, there was a blinding flash of light, and Christian and Megan found themselves in the water. They looked back in time to see the scattered reamins of their boat sink below the waves. As they struggled against the waves, a boat already full of Knights stopped alongside them. They climbed in. But all the people were to heavy for the boat to hold. It megan to swamp. They continued rowing, drying desperately to reach the shore in time, before the boat sank completely. As the bow dissapeared below the surf, they heard the grinding of sand. They had reached the shore. They climbed out, soaking wet, but alive. They turned their swamped boat into it's side, and used it for cover as the ywaited for the rest of the troops. Their wait was short. The rest of the White Knights came to the beach in time to answer the charge of enemy soldiers. They got out from behind the boat, and, with Christian and his lady leading, they charged inland. As the enemy got closer, Christian eyed them closely. They were Black Knights, and in the rear of the ranks, there were also Dark Knights. As the two crowds of warriors clashed, Christian caught sight of a strange-looking Knight. He had a red cape, insted of the usual black. He was also the one giving orders. Christian sprinted over and lunged at the Knight, his blood red sword flashing in front of him. He aimed for the small spot between the helmet and breastplate. The Black Knight raised his sword, and blocked Christian's blow. Christian drew back, and the Knight swung. Christian blocked it, and raised his sheild. As the Knight pulled back his arm, for another swing, Christian lunged. The Knight raised his sword to block it once again, but the force of Christian's blow simply broke the sword in half. Christian swung, and the Knight's head was neatly cut off. The body collapsed, dead. Christian looked over to see Megan surrounded by her enemys. He dove into the crowd, stabbing one in the back. He looked up, and four more remained, now attempting to kill both of them. He swung, and one warrior was promply cut in two. Megan dove at the one closest to her, and her sword ran cleany through the man's helmet into his face. She spun around. A large Black Knight bore down on her, and she held up her sheld, which almost brok under the weight of the blow. She stepped back, and then rushed forward, swinging with all of her might. Her sword stabbed the Knight in the chest, and she jumped over to aid Christian. He was fighting another Knight, and she spun around and stabbed his back. As he died, a crowd of White Knights caught up with them. T hey advanced, and ran into the village, where William's forces had been staying. Two Knights raided each house, and, within minutes, the enemy reatreated further inland. Christian found two huts, across the path from each other, and took shelter in one of them. Megan stayed in the other. He decided that at noon the next day, he would continued on, to charge further into the island. archimage_a
It is really good, you just need to double check some of the writting. Also when you are fighting a battle like that the leader will normally escape forcing the hero to run after then, creating a whole subplot of get caught, escaping and a revenge bit. http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. hungryblader
Christian awoke to the loud sound of shouting. He climbed out of bed, and crept out of the hut. He looked outside. He saw smoke on the horizon, a sure sign that the enemy was there. He looked at a small sundial set into the ground at the center of camp. Almost midday. He had slept in a lot. He crept into Megan's tent, and she was already awake, cleaning her sword. He sat down beside her. "Good Morning," he said politely. "Oh, hi," she answered, looking up from her work. "Ready for today?" he asked. "Of course I am. We all have to be." "I guess you're right." "So, what's your plan?" "I'll let the knights eat lunch, then we'll move further inland." "Sounds good." "Yeah." Christian got up. He peered back out the hut, at the smoke on the horizon. He looked at his map, and found that today, if all went well, they could capture the city of Brimhaven. From there, he could send out smaller groups to wipe out the enemy on the rest of the island. He called his troops for lunch. After lunch, they assembled into their lines, retrieved their supplies, and began to walk toward the plumes of smoke on the horizon. It was a walk of about two miles. As they came into view of the city, they heard the distinct cry of a falcon. They looked over, and, within minutes, there were leigons of William's forces heading toward them. Christian thought about the situation as he sprinted toward the onslaught of troops. The battle began as they all do, both sides screaming a battle cry, rushing toward each other, and then, as the troops meet, the air is instantly filled with the sounds of metal-against-metal. That was all happening now. Christian and Megan were side-by-side. They were the very first to meet the enemy's charge, and they were ready. They swung their swords with expert accuracy, killing adversary after adversary. Christian heard the sound of a large horn. It was a very long blow, ending in a sudden high note. Christian knew what it meant right away. It meant that the troops were splitting up. One third of the army would go enter the city from the south side, another third from the north, and the rest from the east. Christian saw the white glint from their armor as they ran toward their objectives. Good men, he thought. Very good men. His thoughts were interuppted by a terrible scream. He turned around, just in time to raise up his sheild. He heard a terrible crash, as the whatever-it-was collided with his sheild. Christian jumped up, and swung his sword, just in time to notice the red glint in his enemy's armor. He had a blood red cape, with a Zamorakian symbol in the middle. The man slashed his large scimitar toward Christian's neck, and Christian jumped back. The man advanced at him again. Christian surprised the man. Rather than raising his sheld, as he would have expected, Christian blocked the attack, and swung back in a single move. The man was startled, and caught off guard. He stepped back, and Christian lunged at him, his sword swinging across the man's feild of vision, as a red blur. Then, everything went black, and Christian watched the Zamorakian's head roll of of the body, as it collapsed. As Christian was thanking Sardomin for his victory, he heard the same sound on the horn again. He was elated. One of the groups had taken the city, and now, they were going to help Christian's forces once again. The battle was quickly won, and the Saradominist army moved in, taking what supplies they needed, and preparing for the final battle yet to come, to help take back Mislathin. x_Mindless_x
For some odd reason, whenever I read about decapitation, severed body parts etc, I always cringe. I seem to be reading a lot of that lately :P
hungryblader
Saga of the Saradominist--chapter 11 Chistian looked down at the table, with its map, and metal pawns. He thought about this great battle yet to come, and of all the battles he had fought in before. Yes, he was now a trusted member of Fire of Saradomin, and he was a very able leader and warrior, but he was still nervous. He was about to do something that had only been done once before: overthrow the great city of Varrok, and the kingdom of Mislathin. He looked down at the pawns on the mape once again. The plan was simple. The White Knights, as well as the Asgarnian and Falador guards, were to stay on the west side, along the great stone wall between the kingdoms. They were to attack from there, where they could easily retreat back to their homeland, should the battle be lost. The Paladins would attack from the east, from Morytania. And, Fire of Saradomin was to attack from the north, the wilderness. They were to be the first ones to raid the palace, and hopefully overthrow the leader, to take back Mislathin into friendly hands. Their mission was the most dangerous. Suddenly, Christian felt the ship stop. They had arrived on the east edge of Morytania. They quickly disembarked, and the Paladins went straight west, and the Clan went north, into the dead, dark forest. After two days in the wilderness, Sir Andrew, now reunited with his clan, heard the call of a pigeon. He looked up, and the bird swooped down, a small roll of paper in its mouth. Sir Andrew opened it, and, without writing anything back, he nodded to his troops. It was time. They formed into a line. There were seven in all, as three had been lost in the war. Megan was also with them, and she was as very skilled fighter as well. They continued south, and soon saw they large stone wall of the palace. They were ordered to climb it, a feat of which they were all able, and then raid the palace. As Andrew began the climb, they were met predictably with the Varrok guards. These men were novice fighters, though, and they were quickly wiped out. By the time more guards arrived on the scene, it was too late. The battle had begun. Christian blew on his horn, to signal the other forces to attack. He jumped down off of the wall, and his clan emitted a blood-curdling scream as they rushed toward the door. They were not surprised when an equal eight-man force came out to meet them. They were all clad in the Defenders of Zamorak uniform, and they fought well. A large, wild-eyed man threw himself toward Christian. Christian expertly dove out of the way, and lunged on top of the Zamorakian. He tackled the man, and his adversary held up his two-handed sword to block Christian's longsword. The two blood-red metals made bright sparks against each other, but Christian's strength prevailed. His sword reached its mark, and he felt the man go limp underneath him. He stood up, ready to fight again, and he was quickly met by a large, older man. There was something different about him, though, it was his cape. It was trimmed in gold leaf around the edges, and his helmet was adorned with jewels. This must be him! Christian thought. He fought harder. Three men instantly came to William's aid. Christian was taken off guard by their blows, and one made a deep gash on his shoulder. He continued fighting, as members of his own clan took on his new attackers. Surprisingly, this man started running. Christian sprinted after him. The other Zamorakians tried to follow, but the Saradominists kept them from following to far. He could hear their shouts as the took on their enemies. William sprinted into his throne room, and tried quickly to shut the door. Christian squeezed through just in time, though, and he was almost crushed by the heavy wooden door slamming against him. He darted inside, even as the door shut and locked behind him. William was now on the defensive, and Christian dove in for the kill. William blocked it with his sheild, and he pushed back, throwing Christian to the ground. Christian quickly scampered to his feet, and William dove at him. Christian held out his sword, to block the attack, and then, as William pulled his arm back for another swing, Christian swung his sword straight forward, aiming directly for William's chest. William held his sheild, but Christian's powerful swing pushed against it, and he couldn't hold up. His left arm, the one wearing the sheild, was forced aside for a brief second, and Christian tried again. His sword was accurate, and it peirced William's throat. It was a small wound, and William was startled by the blow, but not stopped. He swung back, and Chritian was knocked against the wall. He was able to stay on his feet, however, and he swung at William again. His sword swung accuratley, and William the Terrible's lifeless body collapsed to the floor. Christian unlocked the door, and cautiosly walked outside, only to hear the familiar sound of a horn blowing, meaning that the battle was won. The war was over. The city, and kingdom had been taken, and the black and dark Knights were retreating deep into the wilderness, where they belonged. There was a flag of surrender strung on the flagpole, and Christian knew that the war was over. Megan ran over, removed his helmet, and kissed him. As the rest of the clan began celebrating, Christian climbed up into a tower and looked north, to his retreating enemies. In the groups of Knights was a taller man, with a red cape....... archimage_a
Cool cliff-hanger, I am annoyed that this was the final one for the moment. I liked it and it was a bit more realistic, could have done more with the fight scenes though. It was mostly, 'Christain dove this way and lunged, then that way and swung his sword with great accuracy, decapitating his target' You could have added additional things like when fighting William you could have had a room by room fight... 'As they entered the garden Christain noticed that the plants and flowers had been replaced with great walls of flame and Imp mounds, Christian looked towards William with great hatred, shoulder barging him into the mound cluster behind him. But soon wished he had not as the torrent of Imps can leaping out, graping at his armour and weapons. A mighty sweep of Christains longsword however stopped the now headless Imps in their tracks. As Chrisian looked up though, he saw the Evil King entering the Kitchen...' http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts. drokles
Great entertainment, I cant wait till the next chapter.... Its impressive that you've kept writimg on it for so long, I think most people would just let their stories die. But I have to agree with agree with archimage_a, the hardest thing about writing is probably getting all the details, but its worth taking your time to get it right. Keep it up! I'll get there!... eventually
imhomer
Excellent story. I'm with archimage_a, the fight scenes were could but you could have done more with them, they got kinda repetative. Can't wait to read the next part (more decapitations? ).
hungryblader
Thanx guys. I'll keep that in mind. OK! next chapter. Saga of the Saradominist--chapter 12 Christian heard his name called. "Yeah!" he answered. It was Sir Andrew. "Christian, can I talk to you for a moment?" "Sure. What's up?" "Father Lawrence has just sent word that he was terribly sick, and he needs someone to speak at the Church of Saradomin tomorrow. I figured you might be able to plan an interesting sermon, considering what happened last month. Could you do that for me?" Christian thought back to the war a month ago. He remembered how his clan had to retake the kingdom of Mislathin, and how he had single-handedly killed the leader of Defenders of Zamorak clan. After their enemies had retreated, Andrew had decided to promote the Duke of Lumbridge to power, since he was the closest relative. He was annointed kind under the new name, "King Roald the XVII." "Of course I can." "Good." The next morning, Christian walked to the church. As he passed by the bank, he heard a young brunette yell, "Fire!" Christian turned the corner, and was pulled from his thoughts by the sight of the Church of Saradomin engulfed in flames. He sprinted over as fast as he could. Father Lawrence ran out to meet him, despite his sickness. "Christian! About five minutes ago, the church simply lit up! I don't know what happened!" "Is anyone still in there?!" Christian asked, worried. Lawrence lowered his head. "Yes. I was talking to your girlfriend when it happened. I was upstairs, and, as I heard the screams and saw the flames, we both started to run outside. I was going down the stairs when Megan tripped and fell. I tried to help her, but the stairwell collapsed, taking me down with it, There was no way I could get to her." "Oh my GOD!! I'm going in there." Christian sprinted through the door, and he almost passed out from the smoke filling the room. He crouched down, staying below the smoke, when he heard a scream. "Megan!! Megan!!!!!!" He ran toward the stairwell, only to find it just as Lawrence claimed, collapsed and in flames. He ran under the balcony, and he heard Megan shriek again as it gave way and fell on top of them. He awoke in a daze. "Ugh....Where am I?" he asked, confused, to nobody in particular. He sat up, and looked around. He saw the burned remains of the church, smoldering. He looked over to his left in horror. There lay Megan, unconcious, lying on the ground. Her hair was cinged, and her eyes were closed. But she still looked beautiful even then. He shook her shoulder. "Megan.....Megan," he wispered. She slowly opened her eyes. "Christian.......fire.......red cape........used a tinderbox," she muttered, then fell back onto the grass. Christian shuddered, then felt fer a pulse on her neck. There was none. "Dost hath not giveth thy name 'noob' to thy brethren... ...Or thou art must considereth thyself a noob as well." stickman_sam
Aww thats so sad....Megan died...but ah well.. You couldve added more detail, and at least a long and tough fight between Christian and William since they were both good fighters.... Good story though
