What was worst about Runescapes new inhabitants were that Jagex just welcomed them with open arms. Do you guys remember the time when the wilderness ditch wasn't around? Or when they still made quests like Underground Pass? Those times are over, nowadays they really dumb things up, kids are roaming around Runescape and they expect Runescape to be kid friendly, and so they get their way. Were they blind to what was going on and where RS was going? or did they actually want for Runescape to be taken over by noobs? I dunno, maybe they make a better profit by doing that. Afterall kids are the main source of income when it comes to games and miniclip and the like are just major hubs leading them through the world of free benefits known as the internet. In the end, even though I don't like to believe it, profit is what it is about so why shouldn't it be alright with them?

I think it was one of the guards at the jail near draynor, I was just walking peacefully by, and then the dude suddenly popped up and started smacking me around with his mace... I think, at that time, it was possible for him to hit people even though they were on the road next to the jail. Don't know if it's still like that, but the next long while I started to avoid that road.

Most people in my school dont know about the game, those who do either play it or play WoW. But generally no one will call you a geek for playing it. At another school I went to it was labeled a loser activity from the beginning, because the schools all time lose played it. Guess what though, it was he who inspired me to play it, and soon people started putting me in league with him :wink:.

I dont see the necessity of putting a giant monster in rs right now, of course I woulndt be able to deal with it anyway, but lately the updates have been all about putting new giants in the game. Take godwars, Mith dragons, the new quests, etc. I dont think anyone would be very impressed with the appearance of a new super enemy. Not as things are now. If they pulled something like this, they should wait a few months at least to make it a special update. Right now another mega guy would just be another routine waiting to be mastered among the others.

Another one from Denmark and Drokles be the name. That guy who calls himself Den Usynlige is probably danish as well; Den Usynlige = The Invisible, I dont know maybe the same applies to norwegians or sweeds.

One of the best goals I ever set was to do the swan song quest. I was a poor little lvl 36 mage at the time and I couldnt afford runes, so what could I do? I trained my rc'ing to nature runes, and then I started making them by the thousands. Until I got to the lvl where i could actually spend nature runes, I would run laws, and tele to came. That was clearly the best part of my goal, just training with one thing in my mind....

Come to think of it I always had a lot of goals in runescape, ever since I started I wanted to do all the quests in f2p, when I finally did those I just went around doing some miscellanious stuff until I got p2p. Nowadays ive done many improvements and many quests. Mostly I raised my skills in order to do a specifik quest. My latest goal was to geta basilisk head for my PoH, took me a while to get the slayer lvl and even longerto get the head. Nowadays I dont really know what to do in there. Its a little depressing though. We need to have goals constantly to get anywhere in runescape. Right now I think i'll catch myself a few monkfish though, and we'll see what fishing lvl i end at before i get another idea :roll:...

That man.... Some would call him a hero, others would say he is foolish. My only thoughts are that I dont understand him.

Underground pass, definately It was really creepy especially since i had a very low agility and combat lvl at the time and was close to dying very often and all those hellish acts really made it clear that I had reached Ibans little hell and there was only one way forward. Jagex did a great job on that one.

This thread should really become a sticky, afterall we need to load off our interactions with noobkind somewhere.

A good friend once said to me that if I want a 99 I would have to stick at the same skill doing nothing else until I had it. Cant say I have any experience with 99's but I havent ever sticked stricktly to one skill for longer periods of time, so go for it mate!

This one happened 2 min ago, I had just finished the easy part of Karamja diary and tele'd back to lumby after I got the gloves and lamp. Noob starts following me around, and I may have been a little too harsh: Noob (lvl 63): I just died can I have some money? (I didnt really notice for a while, but he kept on) Noob: Plzzz? Me: (turns my focus against him) Please stop playing Runescap [his name] Me: You dont fit in (I start walking, noob follows me around for 10 min. while I ignore him) Noob: Y? Noob: Y quit? Noob: hello? After a while he leaves me. What a great waste of his time....

My fishing net, and the shield and sword I got from tutorial island. After I lost the things from tutorial island I quickly gave up on becoming a mage/ranger, at that time you couldn't just get them back from the training tutors. There was a long while when I treasured the occasional gems I got from quests, although I didn't have any use for them what so ever

Since I am capable of crafting nats, I was wondering if it would be profitable for me to start doing the abyss. So I need a little help to determine whether im ready for the abyss or not. I am currently combat lvl 76 melee with the skills in my siggy (the siggy may be outdated so just click rsn). Also it would be great if you could give me advise on possible equipment to bring and so on. I heard that the abyss is one of the fastest ways of earning mony, so i'm pretty excited about it :. Well, post like crazy \
