Guthan Spear or Whip and Obby Shield

Ok currnetly i have full guthan without the spear and use whip and obby shield instead. I want the spear but was wonderin would it really be worth selling the whip to buy the spear or not?

 

 

 

(I already have about 3.5m in the bank and are havin a bank sale to raise more)

 

 

 

Please leave advice for me and NO noobs askin for the cash, its for the spear

From what I've heard, the full set (guthans) is worth it, since you can train forever basically, whereas with the sheild and whip, you'd have to either buy or fish food. I'd say the spear.

Well, both outfits have their advantages.. what is it that you want to do? Training combat, kill KQ, collect buckets, show off and parade around RS, play CW, PK, etc...?

i'd say keep the whip and raise money to buy spear so you have both, i'd rather train with whip and use food than only have the spear as weapon

id say go for the spear since the repairing costs are balanced out by the loot that you get, and the food cost is gone aswell by the loot that you would obtain.

thanks for the advice i currnetly use the whip for barrows, obby and other high lvl monsters as well as slayer
