Im wondering because the tip it guide says that the dr.ford randem was removed because it didn't work what was wrong with it that made it not work.

You'll have to contact Jagex about that, they didn't tell us when we asked them to confirm his removal from the game.

I don't think it would cause any more seizures than any other random... It didn't have any flashing lights or stuff that you would see on "Battling Seizure Robots!" (hooray for The Simpsons =p). All it showed was his hand moving slowly... It was a crappy random, but the autoers probably had a hard time with it.

Blast, it was removed. If I recall, he was the one who would give you a piece of fruit for identifying the number of fingers he holds up, after you get hit in the head by something.
