I totally disagree. If teleport worth only 40 gp, the teleporter will be very busy through. Teleport is a alternative way to another city, you should have enough magic level to do that, it makes sense, so i don't think this idea works. Futhermore, this is very unfair, very unfair to high levels. If those 'begglars' bothering us, the high levels will just teleport to escape. If teleport worth only 40 gp and it's available to level 3's too, this is unfair. Low levels shouldn't teleport and they should work until they can. If teleport worth 40 gp, what's the use of laws now? Laws could do nothing if there's a teleporter.

I support this idea. This idea was like the game, maple story which they have this too. I experienced this too much which makes me difficulty to trade especially in world 1.

In f2p it doesn't drop anything. It drops only in p2p world. I think they drop shade robes, only p2p member could get it. But f2p players can wear for better prayer bonus. I got a set too.. :P

System restore doesn't work if your problem had happened for too long. If your system doesn't have a problem, system restore will not work i think.

LOL 350 MHz with 128 MB RAM? No you can;t work on XP, either you'll can't install or it'll often hang, running in very slow speed. You can't install XP with such a lousy pc.

What browser are you using? If you're using firefox, To allow cookies click option -> privacy -> cookies. Click on "Allow sites to set Cookies". Still on firefox, to enable Java and Java Scripts click option -> content. Click on "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascripts".

If you're using firefox, the ad's normally will be blocked. The link to download java is http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp You must enable javascript and cookies in your browser for the duration of your Java Installation and verification. If you're using IE and the ad's is block, it's weird because i don't think IE blocks Ad's.

How long you didn't on that pc? If too long, your power supply most properly "fried" I agree with blade995. A pc can't stay "off" for long time, if pc's is on everyday it would be better. Ah ya, before you stay off that pc, did you on before? If you on before and off for a long time, i believe 70% is your power supply problem. Your pc is 'sleeping' for too long lol.
