I don't think it would cause any more seizures than any other random... It didn't have any flashing lights or stuff that you would see on "Battling Seizure Robots!" (hooray for The Simpsons =p). If I recall, he was the one who would give you a piece of fruit for identifying the number of fingers he holds up, after you get hit in the head by something.
