Needing fight caves advice

Well, I already quit, but i thought it would be coo to end itl with a fire cape instead of the boring red mask... So i sold the mask and bought guthans.. I got some cash over, and now I need to know IF i even can do it, and what inventory I should use.

77 hp

 

82 ranged

 

47 prayer <-Maybe should get it up?

 

76 magic

 

 

 

I've read guides about the strategy and stuff, now i just need inventory recommendations.

 

 

 

Please don't be too pessimistic and say I can't do it, I got enough cash for lots of tries

You're going to want higher prayer. Also... you're stats in general are pretty low. The range is close, but your 4 combat skills are just a little low.

 

 

 

If you're going to manage to get through you're going to need to train or get the absolute best inventory. You'll need maybe all super restore pots to make it through without running out of prayer (because the low combat makes you kill slower overall).

Yeah, my melee is weak, but enough to use Guthans.

 

I'll get prayer if I HAVE to, but I'd wanna skip that by taking a expensive inventory... Prayer = combat levels = not good.

Hm... yeah, I think it'd actually be possible. Like I said you might want to use all super restore pots and consider bringing a holy wrench (but I'm not sure whether or not it'd be better than just having another super restore (4)). You'd also want to bring karil body + skirt and use the range spot for the 90's. Now that I think about it, I think you would be able to do it like that.

Also, when i had Guthans in december i tried a test run, brought just an inv of lobs and full guthan... I got to the 180's without using any food, so i don't really need a safe spot for the 90's ... at least not in the beginning :wink:

Use x bow. i have 56 prayer and i got to the 702 with 6 (4) prayer pots left. Its not that hard. BTW - the 702 one hit me before i could see him :(

 

 

 

Edit - Take full prayer pots - no food needed if your smart with your guthans. You need to constantly pray mage against 360's. Use the rock that looks like italy to block the 180-s :D

i recommend crystal, for you dont have to worry about shots, x bow has a hazard of running out of bolts

Crystal also has a risk of running out of ammo, and it's accuracy degrades as i go... How about both xBow and crystal?

Yes I know most people are over 110, it's been said before. Though there are quite a few around 90-100, and some under 90 that have it. Most have around the same stats as me, usually higher prayer though... I don't see it as an impossibility to get it with my stats, it's just harder.

i don"t agree with all the ppl saying you need to be 90-100+

 

you got 82 range and that's going to help alot so i'd take the inv like you preposed but you might replace the sharks by sara brews the def helps alot

Replace the rune boots with white boots. With your prayer level you will need every point you can get in prayer. 2 sara brews should be plenty with all the rest being super restores (4). Kharils should be dhide since you need the melee def more than the mage def and the range bonus is the same either way. Obby cape not legend's. It's not worth the cost to keep but definately worth the cost to use then resale. I would use barrows gloves if you have them instead of the black vambs for the def boost. If you still have money left over get a fury ammy for the prayer and def boost.

 

 

 

That being said you could probably do it with your setup easily if you pay attention, act smart, don't panic, and DON'T LAG!!! Lag is owning me pretty hard down there. Hope I helped though and good luck! :D

Umm... White boots? :oops:

 

Sorry I forget if that is the actual name... either way they are boots that are purchasable from the npc in the wanted quest after killing enough dark knights. If you want I can buy you a pair and you can see if they are equipable by you. Pm me in game.

My low prayer level shouldn't have any high effect, it only affects my starting prayer points, and I'd have to pot up sooner than if i had higher. Otherwise it's pretty much the same, unless a higher pray level slows down prayer drain?

 

 

 

Also, my ring spot is currently empty, should i buy some Dagannoth king-ring?

Archer if you can afford it but it is totally not worth it. High prayer = higher starting prayer, more prayer per drink, and therefore more prayer per inventory. Definately worth the investment but also not absolutely needed.

 

 

 

You only need to finish the quest to wear the armor. To BUY the armor you need to kill x black knights. I would suggest all the range bonus then all the prayer bonus. The lower the range the longer per kill therefore the more prayer wasted. Heck you could blow some cash on rune knives (s) and use a zammy prayer book if you wanted to go crazy.
