its very nice, but it looks like he has no neck, cut his chin a little shorter. Then again could be just me

I dont mind the head, it looks fine too me. Nice person so far.. the finised work will most likely look good (but by the sounds of it take many, many more hours).

If the hat is covering his face, it should be higher. His left leg looks twisted. Looks like the legs don't even connect to the body.
