I'm thinking of several possibilities of how to dodge getting 53 theiving as it is a real pain in the rear for me. I hate theiving with my heart and soul. So do I really need it?

 

 

 

Possible things I was thinking of are pots/pies that raise theiving... (not sure if any exist)

 

 

 

Getting someone to do the theiving part for me (maybe pay them 100k to do it)

 

 

 

And if those two fail then I'm gonna need some advice on getting my last few levels (47-53) as I am currently getting a level an hour on guards which has to be a terrible method.

i think you actually have to have 53 to even start the quest at all. Not sure though i dont remember. You also probably need 53 to open the chest with a lockpick, and only you can do that, its an untradable item inside. Get to theiving and get that skill up.

yes you need the 53 theiving for the quest you cant get around it.

Actually you can do the quest with 52 thieving and a drink that boosts your thieving level 1 level. But I cant remember the drink atm.

ye it dont mata about piking bandits but ti get into the chest u do

yes u cant dodge the 53 thieving , (no u cant even dodge it at 52 with bandit brew)

To get your levels up - thieve the master farmer in Ardougne. First, go steal 10 cakes. Then go thieve the farmer. When you're out of cakes, go bank and steal more cakes. Repeat. You should get to 53 in a few hours.

Thief from fremenics, 4 hours to get from yoour level to 53 when i did it, just steal from the fish stall and cook the fish everytime you need food

Just a small variation on this idea.

 

 

 

I steal from the master farmer in Draynor while wearing only a charged glory. I steal until I'm nearly dead, bank, and then continue stealing until he kills me. I then tele to Draynor using the glory and repeat the process.
