In barrows when you pray melle and he hits a zero he will sometimes heal. This is because if you hadn't had prayer on at that time he would of hit something. I think this is basicly the same thing, you hit really low, but in reality you would have actually hit a fair number so it just appeared like you healed alot from a hit that's around 3 damage. Good job killing it, personally i never have the time or never have the stuff in my inventory to kill them.
