    Well i used this guide http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=538 ... ight=snape and im not sure on how to get peer the seer to bank my items.When i talk to him it really lets me pick to options 1.Can you tell my future? 2.Nothing Really So how do you get him to teleport your stuff to your bank?

    Yes check your bank 5 times :) and keep trying im sure you havent killed 1200 green dragons ;).You can also try killing guards.

    Well over 90? There is quests like legends and desert treasure which are hard and needed big combat level

    Yer you can just mage them.I done it when i was Combat 60 its pretty easy just bring food and ofcourse anti-dragon shield :D
