is it easy to add text animation?

its not that easy to add text animation, but atleast it has something to animate with. which psp doesnt. Photoshop all the way.

Paintshop comes with Animationshop...

yes thats true, but psp has a harder user interface. photoshop seems mroe professional and filters jsut pwn there. Animaiton shop sint great in my oppinion, i'd prefer imageready. anyway choose what uw ant, but i prefer photoshop anyday

Actually PSP is the simpler program. Photoshop has more features and is therefore more complex...

Also, you should really not judge a program to be good/bad because of the filters it has...

its not judging. I've used psp before photoshop and i found psp nto as friendly as photoshop. And im not basing my oppinion by the filters... I hardly use filters, but they rule. Photohop's layer blending is much better than psp in my oppinion, plus you can get resources mroe easily for ps instead of psp.

it easy enough to add text animation

Photoshop - More effects etc. complicated at start, comes with ImageReady which is complicated still but can get some nice animations..

PaintShopPro - Not as many effects as PS but has lots of different styles. Easy to use, Comes with AnimationShop, extremly easy to use, built in effects for transitions and animations.

Overall, Photoshop is better but Paint Shop Pro is easy to use, better for beginers.
