One of my goals in the wealth area of RS is to own the most expensive party hat and then move on to the full set. Anyway, I thought I knew what the rarest one was but some people seem to be saying differently. Can someone list the Party Hats in order of rarity and cost? Thanks.

I know the rarity:

White

 

Red

 

Green

 

Yellow

 

Purple/Pink

i think the blue phat is 20mill+

 

and i think the yellow 1 is around 98mill-not sure

Blue is 200m+ :\

blue is most rare thats 200 mill +

 

white is second most rare thats 140 mill +

 

red not sure :lol:

 

green is 95-100 mill

When they came out, the order was about this (from the rarest to the least rare):

Weird that purple has dropped so low now. Is it because the duplication thing? Jagex said that they managed to destroy almost all the duplicated purple hats, though.

ya pink use to be rarest after dupe, people stopped trusting that it was the rarest. blue is much better looking anyway

What? That's a load of rubbish. Prices have been pretty stable for a month or two now. You take the prices you just listed - they are almost identical to the prices of this time last month.
