mr_emflum
I am about to Smith iron into Iron Bars. I was wondering how many Iron Bars one can make before the ring melts. Is it random? Is there a certain number it will make before it will melt? thankx for the help PRIVATE CHAT ON My BlogDragon Drops:2 Chains, 4 Meds, 1 2H, 2 Left Halves, 2 Legs, 1 SkirtRate My Bank! Sephiroth576
I believe it's about 200 or so (at least that's what I remember). If you check out the Crafting Skill Guide on this site, scroll down to where the jewelry is and it'll specify how many Iron bars can be forged out of the Ring of Forging. TranceBlitz
The ring of Forging has 140 uses before it melts. :)
chenw
There is a slight problem, the 140 uses on a ring is not shown on the ring if you know what I mean (unlike Ring of Dueling), so try and make sure you smelt full loads and pay attention to when the ring melts, so you minimise loss of iron ore as a result of ring of forging melt. 6,924th to 30 hunting, 13,394th to 30 summoning, 52,993rd to 30 DivinationKiln Record (Post-EoC): W 25 - L 0, 14 Uncut Onyx, 8 Jad hits received (Best record: Two in the same kiln)Obby set renewed post update #2: 0QBD drops: 21 crossbow parts, 3 Visages, 1 Kites, 2 KitsMax Port Score [2205] Achieved: 27th April 2013 (World 2nd) Farmyard Rampage ranking: 12th, 50,000 Kills. Goobore
There is a slight problem, the 140 uses on a ring is not shown on the ring It's actually a "hidden" stat of the player. ...so try and make sure you smelt full loads and pay attention to when the ring melts, so you minimise loss of iron ore as a result of ring of forging melt. The ring will last 5 full loads of iron ore
