May 16, 200620 yr I believe it's about 200 or so (at least that's what I remember). If you check out the Crafting Skill Guide on this site, scroll down to where the jewelry is and it'll specify how many Iron bars can be forged out of the Ring of Forging. Combat LvL: 98Status: F2P

The ring will last 5 full loads of iron ore
