emoryarts
I've been putting off Slayer for about a year now (been concentrating on other skills) & now I feel it is best to start. My character is definately equip enough to handle even the higher beast of Slayer, thus this question. Which Slayer Master will give me the hardest creatures to start off with? I don't want to be stuck with low level creatures that will give me crappy exp. Appreciate it!
Blipo
You're gonna have to start with Burthopre, the easiest. As your slayer level gets higher, you can move on to different and more challenging slayer masters. Tip.It Slayer Guide
emoryarts
I absolutely have to start there? I thought you had a choice of where to go.
cobbal
I didn't start with burthope when I started training slayer, I think you could go to zanaris master if you wanted to, but I think the hardest slayer master (in shilo village) requires 50 slayer for assignments

I've never heard that before, and it says nothing of the sort in the guide you linked. In a little hilltop village they gambled for my clothesI bargained for salvation and they gave me a lethal doseI offered up my innocence, I got repaid with scorn"Come in'', she said, "I'll give you shelter from the storm"
emoryarts
From what I've heard around, you can go to almost anyone of them. I heard alot of lower levels griping because their first assignment was too hard. Just wondered which master would most likely give me harder assignments. And the hardest slayer master is Duradel, in Shilo Village. http://tip.it/runescape/?page=slayer_gu ... ayermaster Possibe assignments are: * Aberrant Specters * Aybssal Demons * Banshees * Basiliks * Black Demons * Black Dragons * Bloodveld * Bronze Dragons * Cave Crawlers * Cockatrice * Desert Lizards * Dust Devils * Elves * Fever spiders * Gargoyles * Greater Demons * Infernal Mages * Iron Dragons * Jellies * Kalphites * Kurasks * Lesser Demons * Nechreyals * Pyrefiend * Steel Dragons * Trolls * Turoths

A forum topic containing updates to be included in the next release of Tip.It's Slayer guide is located here: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=222544 and it discusses combat and slayer levels for different Slayer masters. it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.
