Anyone know why I can't save as GIFs in PhotoShop CS2???

 

 

 

I have to transfer to another program and save as GIF. Which is partly good, since it means I can make a proper border on it, CS2 has no easy/quick way of making a border. ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâì_ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâì
