Barniemaster
dwarven stout only raises smithing by 1 and mining by 1.. I dont know if there is anny potion that can help you gain 3 lvls smithing maybe in members but im afraid that or you must train your smithing just 2 lvls and thats not that hard or you got a very loyal friend that want to do it for you

Bauke
Lol, I'd fix it for you. But you would be very stupid to give that to a person you don't know :P Don't you have friends with a high enough smithing level? Else, just buy some bars and train your way up. If you get some steel bars and make steel plates, or something, your level will raise very quick. chenw
if you dont like burning your mobney just to raise a few smithing levels, but you dont investing a bit of time to raise 2-3, then there are either: Steel Smelting (good money, though slow) or Cannon Ball Making (again a bit slow, but still you can get money) 6,924th to 30 hunting, 13,394th to 30 summoning, 52,993rd to 30 DivinationKiln Record (Post-EoC): W 25 - L 0, 14 Uncut Onyx, 8 Jad hits received (Best record: Two in the same kiln)Obby set renewed post update #2: 0QBD drops: 21 crossbow parts, 3 Visages, 1 Kites, 2 KitsMax Port Score [2205] Achieved: 27th April 2013 (World 2nd) Farmyard Rampage ranking: 12th, 50,000 Kills.
