Only way to obtain one is through shades of morton....When you open chests it can appear on floor so you pick it up :roll: Cabbage!

If you are a member with highish theiving, you can go to pally castle, go upstairs, pick the lock on the door to your right, and pick up a black scimmy.

 

After that, you can thieve pallys untill you need food again, and repeat.

 

Market price on black scimmies is about 2-3k as said before.
