June 2, 200620 yr Author well considering i have 20 construction and I already have the heraldic helmet and kite.. u have to be 15 i think to get your crest.. and then u have to be 16 or so to make the helmet easel.. but that doesn't mean u can't use other peoples b/c i used someone else's to make my kite and i'm not high enough level to make one according to the construction guide. The second time I looked at it I noticed you need the crafting lvl to make the stuff on it :o Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well.And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.[hide]Kwimbob now looks exactly like me in real life except for hair color. I know I couldn't get the crest at like level 10, but I have one now at level 20, so there must be a Con level requirement, but i think it's 15 or 16. The crafting thing seems to make more sense though. But keeping to the topic at the same time -- does anyone have a banner easel I can use???
