Perakp
Yes, another topic about construction :) I thought a little about the rich players going for construction lvl 99 and wondered what will they get after their lvl 99. They'll be able to build up anything in the game, and they could make the coolest throne room in Runescape. Some of you might be "woot, They get some chairs, whats cool in that?". But with making flat furniture and other construction stuff, they could earn millions. Because the first 99'er will be the only one with the ability to make the demonic throne, he/ she could make one flatpack version of it and sell it for huge profit. It would be the rarest item in the game! Because the making of such a high lvl item costs so much (about 25m if I remember correctly), how much could they sell it for?! Also, if he built up a huge dungeon, he could have a race with his friends of who gets to the trasure room the fastest! There could be a participating fee, so the builder would get some money back from his building project. And the treasure room could have a fine amount of cash in it to make people want to complete the dungeon again! (and pay the fee again  ) Just some my little ideas.. Construction sure has rewards to train for!

RoswellCrash
Poor zezima he will never be able to show his house off to the public. And houses are more than just pretty they are portals to places and cheap burrow fixing alternatives staff changing and magic tablets only take up one space (poor old ecto pot not the best anymore) partys and lots of fun. - Twitter | RuneScape FB Group | My PC

Riptide Mage
it will be like when people were first able to make rune 2hs (i played that lng ago  ) they used to sell 10m each so chairs and stuff probably will too :) You make it sound like running through a few level 87 monsters is hard which it really shouldn't be at your level. 176_viper
first few 99's will make nice amount of demonic thrones and ect. i would say 10mil + for demonic throne flatpack :) they wont be selling it for a 15mil loss, they cost over 25mil to make so i think that selling them for 100mil ea would be a bargin for the buyers, also remember tea can get you up a lvl, and i think i read the porciline get you up 2 lvls, meaning that lvl 98 will be able to make the demonic throne Think about how boring their job is. All day replying to messages like these: '0mG j0gEx cAn U g1Mm̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã 100k 1 w1lL pa1 u bAk 1 sw̢̮â¬Å¡ÃâãaR!!11!' Not sure about you but I would want to liven up my job if I had a job like theirs. boozhoochief
What will the first 99'ers get? A cookie. Other than that, a higher total lvl, and an awesome place to chill/hang out, torture people and have fun. Think steel dragon death, people struggling in the cage thingy... A shiny house, only the people who get 99 construction will find out, and maybe tell us. boozhoo
Golvellius
I think their might be some updates before somebody hits 99. So they might get more than what we think now. Possiblely new items, rooms, etc. Also are demonic thrones flatpackable? All I can seem to flatpack are furniture made of wood of couse im only lvl55 but still. Exclusive Legacy Mode Player He just successfully trolled you with "courtesy" and managed to get a reaction out of you. Lol
Unitedite
I don't really get why anyone would buy a flatpack throne :/ Rares are high prices because they're an investment. With full drag you can show off your wealth to everyone. The only people who would see/care about your throne are the mates you invite to your house, and they probably already know if you're rich. Theo nly thing i can see it being interesting for is both showing off your wealth AND your 99 construction, which you cant do with a flatpack. In a little hilltop village they gambled for my clothesI bargained for salvation and they gave me a lethal doseI offered up my innocence, I got repaid with scorn"Come in'', she said, "I'll give you shelter from the storm"
Perakp
But being the rarest tradeable item in the game (if those high levelers keep the amount low) these will be sold. Think about merchanters, then think about those who want to get the best items without skilling  They could possibly get back all the money they put in the training.
