Instead of making topics- try private messeging a forum mod or an admin next time, it clears up these boards a little bit. Thanks for letting us know though.

What is there to solve besides his banning issue? You said you were sure of it, (which i've made the asumption that you are correct and it WAS ripped) Its best left to the ones who can actually do something about it instead of other people getting angry at this guy. What other information could posters provide for you? Anyway, its just something you might want to know.

When it's a rip, or another broken forum rule, in Tipit, you don't need to make a topic (sort of spammish), instead PM a mod or admin and they'll take care of it. I'll need the original sig by Mother for proof though, so if possible please PM me the ripper's profile link and the original sig, thanks.
