Armour Repair stand!

Featured Replies

That's pretty col, and ther is of course the dust devil, I seem to recall that a Dragon chainbody is a peice of dragon equipment, I could be wrong though...

Drag chain a piece of dragon equipment, thats absurd! No! that's down right preposterous! What kind of person would make dragon chain a piece of dragon equipment?!

Hah, I think you are quite wrong Nvw, the people at Jagex are not block-headed enough to make drag chain be a piece of dragon equipment. =P

Tell me, what have you learned from the word's that can't be spoken?

~ The Rain, the Reason, the Romance, the Victim, the Truth, and the Vision . . . ~

I would call it dragon armour not d equipment, to me d equipment implies a dragon tinderbox or a dragon hammer :P

And never say never. Jagex has NEVER confirmed it won't be in the game.

Nice way to contradict yourself there

On topic: I was planning to do a trip like this myself, but I figured repairing arrows would be useless, as would staffs. I had some hope for swords since you can give them to the guy in port khazard and get up to mith or addy from him. Plates seem to have some odds for an addy plate, but I doubt you'll get any higher.

On the subject of the tip.it bestiary being wrong: I'd say it's correct for 99.99% of the time and when they're wrong they either forgot some completely rare and random drop (like Jogres dropping rune javelins, they do, but I only got it once and I killed them from 51-70+ range and then some more hoping for a champ scroll) or they added something that someone said they dropped but was never confirmed (like the r2h drop from greaters, probably some kid bragging about having good drops and it got in the database since many people heard the story).

nechs drop dmeds, so do abby demons. wyverns drop d daggers.

Ur right about everything, except skeletal wyverns, Dragon Daggers, dragon items only optained during quest (except leftHalf) can't be dropped by a monster?

As a result KQ with DMace and SW with DD+ is wrong.

What am I talking about? Tip.It is never wrong, never. That's the most perfect website ever, in fact, I can't wait to get to level 85 slayer and get rune platebody from nechyreals.

well tip.it and runehq say kq drops the dragon long sword...mace im not sure, not to mention i forgot how many slayer monsters drop dragon spears

Regarding damaged armour and rusty swords - are you all forgetting the HAM-people? With chance to get level 1 clues and coal among the junk?

Treasure trail junkie as I am, that's where I will go once I get that armour stand ;)

Please think before you ask a question. If you ask the right question, its much more likely you get the answer you are looking for :)

Seeing as we're on the topic of Armour Stands, this might interest you about the Barrows repair - which I did a little test on earlier on today.

I recorded the price Bob would charge to repair, the price it'd be to repair it myself, and the price to repair myself while having drunk a Dwarven Stout, which raised my smithing level by one.

As you can see, with 80 Smithing the repair is 40%, however after taking the Dwarven Stout you can see I've got 40.5% off the price.

Because of this, I can take a guess that the following are the price difference you get from repairing the Barrows armour yourself, and you can work out what each subsequent level is.

  • *1 Smithing - 1%

    *25 Smithing- 12.5%

    *50 Smithing- 25%

    *75 Smithing- 37.5%

    *99 Smithing- 49.5%

Enjoy. :)
