Question about items needed for MM

Featured Replies

Items: loads and loads of GOOD food (sharks preferred when fighting jungle demon), anti poisons, prayer potions, monkey bones or corpse (from Karamja monkeys, monkeys can be killed with long range attacks. Corpses only appear after starting the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio-quest), plank, 1 gold bar, 1 ball of wool, a form of teleportation out of Ape Atoll (IMPORTANT) (rings, amulets, runes âââ‰â¬Å runes not recommended since they take up space), 1 Ardougne teleport (optional), a super set (Super attack, strength and defence potion).

Ok, i am just wondering what good food is. Is like like lobs or what? Im also wondering how many prayer pots i need and how much they cost. If i can use POH normal planks for the plank. And how much super sets cost. Also wondering how many anti poisions i need.

All I did was have 55 ranged atm, and used no prayer pots, no lobbs, just used protect from mage, then the only thing it hit on me was a 9  So I guess I was lucky :P

i had 57 range and i ranged it and didnt lose any health

Lots of food for Monkey Madness yes. Once you get to the demon, run off the bridges, let the gnomes murder the stupid demon, once it heals once and they weaken it a bit more, run in and finish it off. Easy. But for the questing before the boss, lots of food is a must, anti poison pots too yep. I hated that quest... Sooooo much..

I miss you all (Well, mostly my friends n stuff)

If you want to talk to me, send me a message, I check the boards daily. :D

The tunnel is where you need food and prayer pots. My advice:

Wear monk robes, initiate helm, white knight gloves, dragon or rune mace, and white knight boots in the tunnel, that'll give you a large prayer boost.

In the tunnel have lobbies-sharks and prayer pots. Don't bother hiding from falling rocks, just run through the whole thing without stopping with melee protect on. You will lose alot of health from traps and rocks but come prepared with food. Also energy restore pots are good, and strange fruit.

The demon was wicked easy for me. since the little gnomes gather around and hit 1's for some reason (guessing gnome was in the way) the demon didn't move so I ranged it with protect from magic on, 10 rune arrows and he was finished (64 range at that time). 0 hits lost : )

I agree with this guy. I used 2-3 rings of dueling to tele to the dueling arena and then go back from the glider.

Wondering what to do with life .....

I killed him in 45 seconds with Rune Arrows and protect from Mage.

But yeah lobs will do for the quest. Perferbly monkfish. But if you have protect from mage on the boss it doesn't hit anything I think.
