No Mining Guild Improvements

Featured Replies

they should just make mining guild bigger. it would be good to make a smithing guild. but the smithing guild should have bank, furnace and the smithing table, that way u would be able to get smithing up faster.

There's a furnance in Port Pasmathys on 2 steps from bank.

There are anvils in Yanille on 2 steps from bank.

Why we need a smithing guild?

Yeah, Port Phasmatastic and Yanille are both members, and I bet if you polled them, the number of people supporting a smithing guild are predominantly f2p, so that solution isn't an option.

Besides, a Smithing Guild, were it ever implemented, would benifit members as well as freeplayers by allowing everyone to train smithing in one area, as opposed to trekking almost literally across the members world to use those two locations. I'm still not sure how good an idea a Smithing Guild would ultimately be, but it would be faster and cheaper than the Varrock/Al Kharid or Yanille/Phasymullet combinations. Whether that'd be a good thing or not, well, we'd have to see on that.
