He means that you can make it in you're workshop and sell it then, which is true. I'd just hang out in a crowded world in rimmington and do what you're doing now. You did post it in the aforementioned "Help and Advice" forum, however you did not appear to have the patience for a person with level 67 construction to come along. This is probably due to the fact unless one has 67 construction it is highly unlikely one is going to post. I hope you understand now it is in clearer English.
