Second sig is slightly out of the limits, resize it (maybe u messed with the border) However good stuff. And ... are you a girl ? I'm assuming you made the characters like that because it's your style, but some shading would really make it unique and cool. Maybe work on the background a bit, not just shade more or detail more, just add a few more things. Clouds or birds in the sky would fill the sky a bit. Good job on the border, most people never add those, but they really make a big difference in how a pixel sig looks. Overal, nice first tries, 7/10.
