Featured Replies

Just finished this new sig ad. Its hotlinked to my sig shop. What do you think? ratings would be nice. The thing on the end is a bit of dragon stone :D

Pretty good you are def. good with pixel art. Keep up the good work. 9/10

very nice sig 8/10

the girls body is like so different. Its like her legs is like abnormal lol

pat...it's about the sword....that sig is old as hell.

rofl talk about slow...

Thats too big. You can have more then one thing as your sig but total it cant be more then 300 x 150

It's too straight, too unnatural. You've used gradients on the hilt, which is a lazy way of shading, and it doesn't even flow. :?

What shading you have used on it that isn't a gradient of some form, is very vague and unneccessary. also, the shadow that leads off the hilt and onto the blade makes the root of the blade look flat. Lastly, the straps of cloth or whatever around the hilt should be raised off the base slightly, like this:

*Image edited with what I suggested used, any credits for the original image go to jumister*

However, I like the palette you've chosen.

Edit̮̩̉̉: While you're at it, AA the triangular part of the sword near the tip. It's hella jaggy.

A couple minor adjustments could be made, like what were already suggested. Nice job.

aight thanks. Your handle looks way better than mine. Im gonna edit mine a bit. ty!

*You didn't use the gradient tool. The shading on the hiltguard-thing was a gradient. A gradient done by hand, but a gradient nontheless.

As for the straightness problem, just follow my example. Add dents, chips, scratches, etc in.

EDIT: nvm, you saw it :P

Yuuup.

Remember to keep the darker outline on things though, so it doesn't look like there's missing pixels.

IE: Instead of removing parts of the outline altogether, just move them in a pixel.

while the straps on the hilt should be raised, they shouldnt be raised by that much, theyre not that thick :P

and what happened to your nice solid outline? :|

Ever seen a Dragon Long in real life?

How do you know they're too thick? I think they look like that because he's added chips into the wood that's showing.
