Wouldn't tha tmean it's raster and not vector then? Still looks good nonetheless though.

Vector images can be resized with ease and they still look the same. They don't show pixels. Raster images usually need to stay the size they are or smaller otherwise they'll show pixels. It's harder to make vectors in PS. A lot of people use illustrator since it's always vector I believe so logos can always be resized.
