June 21, 200620 yr I need to get about 1k yews and fast. I'm level 73 woodcuttuing, where should I cut and bank them? Well, I don't know about P2P spots but Edgeville has 2 trees very close to the bank. The rare trees symbol on the official Runescape world map shows the locations of all 23 F2P yew trees. Other places to try include Draynor village and south of Fally. Hope this helps.
June 21, 200620 yr well if ur p2p then the best spot is probably south of seers where there are like 7 or someting of them... not to far from the bank either :P Whats your average lv? viewtopic.php?t=615571&start=0&pos
June 21, 200620 yr right now im cutting at the trees east of varrock, bank is semi close, and im the only one there note: im on members
June 21, 200620 yr Seers, not sure about now, is pretty crowded. So I recommend Fally or Varrock. "The cry of the poor is not always just, but if you never hear it you'll never know what justice is."
June 22, 200620 yr West of Catherby (south of seers but Catherby is closer for banking) there are 7 which I always use. df
June 22, 200620 yr Yew is a strange tree. It requires high level but is common for its level. Not quite as common as Oak but still common. I'd say Edgeville would be. And don't be surpriced if you see someone following you saying "I kill you!", they're saying that because the wilderness is just north, but the bank isn't in the wilderness, so you can walk safety to bank and again. If you ain't afraid of the wilderness, there are no trees I'm aware of that requires higher than lvl1 woodcutting. Anyway, yeah, Edgeville is the best. Yeah, I'm a member and I find it the best. (like you can probably see on my avatar since I'm wearing a members only helmet) Also like another suggested, Gnome Stronghold is very good as well.
