Featured Replies

i often hear about people who only use certain worlds, i was wondering why? i almost never, consciencessly, choose the same world twice in a row. in fact i only ever use a certian world when i want to do the pest control mini-game then i go to world 78.

Well just because I am used to using world 130 and all my friends use that world...

Runescape Name: Thy Sens Fan

Home World: 130

It's just their own style. Some people are quiky and stick with the same world through thick and thin and others are nomadic. Reasons range from a common world with friends to a "lucky" spot or whatnot.

And also people tend to stick to world close to their geogrphic location because of the "best world" feature and for best connection speed

I tend to stick to frisco world because i like em more. Australian worlds tend to have an abundence of scammers and players who annoy me. Which eastern-american worlds are full of pkers and jerks.

Frisco worlds seem to be the nicest + they're local to me ^-^

Long since retired.

Well, I always play on world 65. I used to just pick a less crowded seattle world for the best connection, but eventually I decided to just add one of them to my favorites. I picked 65 because I was on that world at the time. go me \'

i go to world 4 sometimes cuz most of my friends r there..bu also i mostly go to the least worlds, usually worlds 50, 80, and 81 :D

People like a little certainty in life. I've never played on any world except world 12 in RSC, but sadly, with the coming of RS2 world 12 became members. Ever since then I've been homeless .

im always on world 71 (points to avatar location)- I only change if I am selling something or if I am in a crowded spot. It's just the way that I am. It also means that you get to see the same people more regularly, and have an opportunity to make friends after bumping into someone multiple times.

Best Barrows Chest: guth skirt, dh helm, dh axe, racks, gp (23/08/06); best tt reward: robin, guthix helm, guthix legs, nats, rune legs

I always use world 5, unless I'm rune mining or something.

Don't really know why, I've been using since I started RS, and I see familiar faces there...

I choose a particualr world because it's were all my mates go to, and becasue when you choose a certain world, and stick to it, you get to know people from constantly seeing them.

Example : I met several people at Draynor Willows simply because we were both cutting on the same world all the time.

Other people choose worlds because of their use, i.e Worlds 1, 2, 18, 78 etc.

I also know a few people who choose a world based on their combat, ie someone at 100 combat, would use world 100. I don't see the point in that because some are free worlds, but meh, I know random people. :D

I always use world seven and the lower numbered worlds no matter how close it is
