June 26, 200620 yr When you report someone, it sends the last 60 secs of game to Jagex. If you send it right away, they'll get it. After 60 secs, the report is useless. Also, you'd better not tell them they got reported, so that they lose all their items when banned. Otherwise, they might trade them to another account and keep on scamming.
