The Amulet of Power is actually better in terms of defence since a Glory has +3 for all defence while an Ammy of Power has +6. But Ammy of Glory has the better atk and prayer bonuses.

However, glory ammy is p2p only, while the power ammy is available to f2p, too.

Power is best for all round bonuses on F2p, however, if you are wanting a strength bonus, amulet of strength is best as if offers a +10 bonus rather than the +6 that power offers.

Amulet of Accuracy: Like Amulet of Power, but not so good. (Attack bonusses +4)

 

Amulet of Strength ( Ruby ): Best Strength bonus. (+10)

 

Amulet of Defence ( Emerald ): Best Defence bonus. (+7 defensive bonuseses)

 

Amulet of Magic ( Sapphire ): Best Magic Attack bonus. (+10)

 

Amulet of Power ( Diamond ): Best F2P Overall bonus (everything +6, except prayer +1)

 

Amulet of Glory ( Dragonstone ): Best affordable Amulet. (Attack bonusses +10, defensive and prayer bonusses +3, Strength +6)

 

Amulet of Fury ( Onyx ): By far best amulet, but very expensive. Costs some millions. (Attack bonusses +10, Defensive bonusses +15, Strength +8, Prayer +5)

 

 

 

Holy Symbol ( Silver ) ( Saradomin ): Defensive bonusses +2, Prayer +8

 

Unholy Symbol ( Silver) ( Zamorak ): Attack bonusses +2, Prayer +8

He didn't mention if he was F2P, he could be, I've seen members wearing free stuff, there is nothing wrong with that.

 

 

 

Anyway, yeah amulet of power is best if you are a F2P.

 

 

 

Also not only does the amulet of glory give stats bonuses, heroes will also be able to travel around the free land.

 

 

 

Here is what's useful to get to a members area quickly:

 

 

 

Al-Kharid: The Desert (with the strongest monster that has at least 5 drops)

 

Karamja: Road to Steel Dragons Quicker

 

Edgeville: The Wilderness, duh. (useful for green dragons)

 

Draynor: Lumbridge Cave (good for Guthix minigame and fight these wall beasts for making bullseye lanterns.)

 

 

 

But you can trade amulet of glory for charged, but I don't think anyone would offer it since they will need them, but it's worth a try.
